94+ Tots guarantee giving wrong rewards

I opened a 94+ guaranteed Tots pack which I paid for with fc points and the highest rated card that I received from the pack was a 91 rated card.  How can I go about having this problem rectified. I have taken a video of the pack opening on my console and can forward this if needed.
