I have the same problem with my fantasy fc Nuñez. The evo gave him quick step plus, but it’s now been replaced with low driven plus. Thats 200,000 coins spent on a playstyles now gone.
Surely we are entitled to some form of compensation, right? At least the money back?

Live cards' playstyle upgrades seem to always override evolution upgrades. I would just suggest to have a little more confidence in your live cards getting better on their own, and focus your evolution improvements elsewhere in your squad. That's what the live cards are for.
