I raised a case for a bug on my Russo card that has deleted the evo Playstyle+ after the upgrade and replaced it with new Playstyle+ rather than adding it on top of/not adding at all
My case regarding it is stuck on Waiting for player but I'm not sure what they're waiting for me on? I'm getting emails saying if my case is still needed but no idea what to do...
