I am having this issue as well. I tried reinstalling the game as suggested by other members, but that did not work for me.

I just spoke to someone at EA Support and fixed it. It seems like some game files got corrupted, and I had to delete some files.

I deleted everything except my personal settings.

i have done that too now but its dont working for me. I deleted everything except "Settings"

Okay. You may have to speak to someone there. They told me to try that, and it worked for me. I hope you get it sorted out soon because I know looking at it is annoying.

Hello, guys. I've had the same problem last night. I closed the console game and a few minutes later, I did some transfers in the companion app. The cards where ok there. Then I switch on my Xbox, to check and see if the cards are ok in the game, and it was everything fine.
