Same problem, same RX 7800 XT. Fresh Windows 11 Pro install, latest clean drivers, including AMD Adrenalin software 25.something. Monitor with AMD FreeSync Premium 165Hz, on which FC 24 worked like a charm, but not this game, which has crazy stuttering and ugly graphics. Tried to adjust settings in AMD Adrenalin, but...
...This game is preventing my PC from even opening AMD Adrenalin for usual adjustments. Heck, even if AMD Adrenalin is already open, once I launch this game, AMD becomes totally unresponsive.
Why does this game kill AMD Adrenalin? It's either this or the other software called EasyAntiCheat. 🤬
