Become Immortal - Rival Conqueror

I have upgraded my card to 90 OVR but no matter how many games I play, none of the Rivals objectives will work.

Honing your craft, Become Immortal - Champions, Become Immortal - Local Hero all function correctly it is just the rivals objectives that will not work.

Any thoughts?
