Black screen soft lock making me unable to get my rewards.

I was trying to do the "15 games fut champ finals" objective to get the 93+ laliga player pick. But when after i had selected my kit my game just stopped at a black screen. I sat there and waited for 10 minutes. When i eventually closed and reopened the game the game counted as a DNF. Now it says i have 10 matches left, but only played 4, meaning I won't be able to complete the objective. Please fix this.
