Bug caused my players to not run and disconected me from game

in my game my players couldnt run or sprint causing me to be unable to win also after full time the game said i dissconected from the game even thoug i didnt as a result i cant get the play 15 fut champs games objective and cant claim the 1 of 5 93+ tots player pick have can i resolve this issue.
