EVO: Kuns Legacy EVO

Support Case: Live chat with EA agent "Klevin" on June 16, no solution provided
Bug description:
After applying the *Kuns Legacy EVO* to *Ginola 89* (purchased for 303,000 coins), the card became completely broken. I can no longer add Ginola to any squad — the moment I do, I get this error message:
**“There was an error communicating with the FIFA Ultimate Team servers. Please try again.”**
This happens in every game mode (Rivals, Squad Battles, Rush, Moments, and even test squads). I cannot save any squad that includes him.
What I’ve already tried:
– Restarting game and console
– Reinstalling the game
– Restarting my router
– Creating new squads
– Clearing all players
– Using the Web App and Companion App
None of these worked.
Impact:
– I lost **303,000 coins**
– I lost **700 FIFA Points**
– I can’t play with Ginola
– I can’t progress the EVO
– I can’t submit him into SBCs
– I can’t sell or undo anything
I contacted EA Support and was only told to "try asking the store for a refund", which is not a real solution. This is clearly a bug caused by the EVO system and needs a fix on EA’s side.
Request:
– Please fix this bug or
– Remove the EVO and restore the card
– Allow me to use the Kuns EVO again
– Or compensate the lost coins and points
This card is now completely stuck and unusable.
