What's happening is that in the FC25 game, specifically in Ultimate Team, I reached level 40 of the season pass, where I have two reward choices (one player and one player pack). The game didn't let me choose the reward and automatically selected the player, but I don't want that item. What I need is the player pack. I hope you can help me with this problem so that my gaming experience isn't affected.

This happened to me too and I spoke to a EA employee and they said that they’d have a talk about this issue and that they would post a update on forums but haven’t seen anything
It's sad that EA doesn't care about the comunnity, 1 week later a no response. Thanks God GTA 6 is coming and we can play a real game.
