'Build Your TOTS' 99 PHY EVO bug

I put my player into the 99phy evo after build your tots evo, but that player didn't get a upgrade, and the evo is just disappeared, I quit the game and opened it again but still can't get that evo back

Please fix the bug and give me back 99 phy evo, thank you EA
