Built up levels have returned to level 1

Hi I have premium Season pass, however got to level 13 and on starting computer it has gone back to level 1? How do I resolve this? I have re started computer Several times. Anyone else had this issue? EA say they can’t help. 
My son is desperate to get the levels back that he has spent time on. 
any advice?
