When selecting 20,000 fifa coins as bundled reward on fc season on ultimate team, the game is giving me the wrong reward selected every time which has now resulted in 80,000 fifa coins now missing from my fifa 25 account.
this needs resolving and I need compensation.
I also have a video showing what it does, on the last bundled reward opening of me selecting 20,000 fifa coins I recorded it and it shows the bug , I should be compensated the 80,000 coins and additional packs or players for the inconvenience.
I have tried attaching the video I recorded but it won’t let me as it’s saying the file is to big

Have you entered clubs to check?
If you are looking for UT coins, those are not what is offered in the season ladder bundles. If they have a C on them, you will probably have to enter clubs mode to access the rewards. All the best to you!
No I don’t meen that mate, I meen the gold coins you use to purchase players, I selected them 4 times on 4 different bundled rewards on ultimate team and instead of giving me the selected 20k coins each time it gave me a different reward to the one selected. Cheers
There are not any bundle rewards that include UT coins in season rewards. As the other person stated those coins are for a different mode even though you claim them in UT mode..

This is the what is offered in the bundled rewards:
As you can see, this coin is different from the UT coin that is displayed on the bundle image. So like as RRRovers said, although you can claim them through ultimate team, they are only accessible and usable in clubs mode, just like the player career items are only accessible and usable in player career mode.
