Can’t open packs from EA Play Pro edition of FC 25
When I go to open the three (preorder) packs from the EA Play Pro edition I get an error message saying “Sorry but this pack is no longer available due to being refunded.” Then when I click on the pack again I get a message saying “This Pack is no longer available. Please visit the Store to Preview another one.” I’ve already tried contacting support and they told me to report this bug here. I spent 50 minutes speaking to an “advisor” just to be told to report the bug here. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but I still have the same issue. This issue came about after I upgraded from playing the trial to the EA Play Pro Edition of the FC25.
