New update- was able to chat with an ea support person, shared a video of how it crashes and described the problem. Was told that they are aware of the issue, it’s under investigation, and they are “diligently” working on a fix.
I’m glad they are aware but a little concerned that it’s been the same exact issue (for me at least) since I first tried entering the mode in February. Will it ever be fixed and how will I know? Lol
Same here for a few days - software error every time the match is about to begin, then with coins penalty when restarting. Any update?
No update as far as I know. Haven’t tested it out in about a week though.
I've tried every few days and it crashes each time. It's the first time it's done this in the six months since I've had the game...very strange...I imagine it was the new update that did it.
