Can’t play rush on nintendo switch, crashes every time

hello

Can I start a ticket with the ea support team?

I would like to try rush since it looks like a fun mode, also there are some objectives locked into it…

my game crashes 100% of the time after teammates and an opponent are found (which takes a really long time anyways!). Then I get a DNF penalty.

i took a video the most recent time this happened, so if I can open a ticket with the support team, I could share the video and the recurring error would be very clear and easy to identify.  

playing in nintendo switch.  All other modes work fine.

    New update- was able to chat with an ea support person, shared a video of how it crashes and described the problem.  Was told that they are aware of the issue, it’s under investigation, and they are “diligently” working on a fix. 

    I’m glad they are aware but a little concerned that it’s been the same exact issue (for me at least) since I first tried entering the mode in February.  Will it ever be fixed and how will I know?  Lol

    Thanks for responding, sorry it’s happening to you too, but glad to know I’m not the only one.  
    Seems like a fun mode and I want to do that immortal evo, such a shame we can’t get in and then even get penalized after
