Can’t upgrade to ps5 version

I bought an FC 25 ps4 disk for my ps4 and with it came a code for me to be able to upgrade to ps5 version. I recently got a ps5 disk version and tried upgrading it. I redeemed the code and inserted the disk. Nothing happened. No option to upgrade. I did everything i could. Checked everywhere. Redownloaded the game twice. Even deleted and logged in again to my account. Still nothing. Even if i try to use the code again. It tells me that the code is already used! It only lets me download the ps4 version. No ps5 upgrade:(
