Cannot Access Season Pass

I cannot access the FC25 Season Pass on my Xbox Series X and haven’t been able to for the last week. Spoke to several live chat advisors since who have all provided the same troubleshooting like restarting, clearing cache, signing in and out… none of which has worked. Got told to post my issue here only to see several other players have been told the same thing. I noticed EA tweeted acknowledging the issue and tweeted again a short time later saying it’s been fixed, but clearly this isn’t the case. Luckily I can still claim rewards through the companion app but not the point. 

Anyone else with the same issue managed to find a fix?

    Same here, all sp wiped, but you can see I’ve claimed up to level 6 rewards. No sp adding now. Happened same time as you.

    same with me... tried all the things online and nothing. Works fine in the companion app.... my xbox died and I got a new one.. not sure if related.

    anyone tried unlinking the account from the xbox one and linking it back? I was going to try it but the disclaimer says progress/awards can disappear...
