Are you using the Xbox Cloud gaming on a PC or on the console ?
If you have the chance, could you access the game directly on the Xbox console (without cloud gaming) at least one time to see if the error still appear.
Using Xbox cloud gaming on PC I unfortunately I don't have a console to open the account
Pls. Have any solution for my case?
