Hi, I’ve been trying to access companion app for over a week and I keep getting the error message “EA account servers unavailable” same message on the web app.
Also when I go into the game, I can’t access the season pass tab, it just says “season pass is unavailable”
Ive contacted support but I’m getting nowhere. I changed my email last year to a new one and linked the account with EA.
Not sure what to do now.

if your using cloud services to play the game thats effecting the season pass, as for companion app and web app, you need to access ultimate from a hard installed copy on a console and it will activate the web app access, unfortunetly the season pass is more complicated, i just had my friend sign into my account from the console and he can see the season pass etc but no rewards granted so my XP seasonal objectives have gone to waste, EA are investigating and have been all season but no updates have been giving regarding a fix

I only use cloud services, so I won’t be able to access the companion app at all?

sorry but as EA stated to me its a requirement so that from their point of view is a hard nope

Are you certain that if i donwload the game once i will have acess to web app? Did it work out for you?

once i connected to ultimate team via the hard installed version on my friends xbox i gained access to the web app straight away
as you can see, its part of EA's requirements to access the app that you have to access via console first, weird and annoying i know, all i was trying to fix is the season pass lol
