Pls fixing the the season pass service there locked

once i connected to ultimate team via the hard installed version on my friends xbox i gained access to the web app straight away
as you can see, its part of EA's requirements to access the app that you have to access via console first, weird and annoying i know, all i was trying to fix is the season pass lol
Just to check man, where did you contact then and where did they send this info to you, i am trying to start the game but i cant so i will have to try something else.
ea support website, nightmare to get through to live chat though lol
A shame, i dont have a friend to try to do that, dunno how i gonna get that to work
