Can't save tactics, edit default team sheets, formations, or players

the old thread comments , if I remember right, was from 4 months ago..... do you think they will fix the bug? like they did not with fc24 matchmaking........ 

please help with this issue, the heart of fc25 and football it self is the tactics , we are not able to save any of the modify and save tactics , i know this is a known issue , i play only with season mode. but i know others have the same problem , this "glitch" is unaccepteble, help us to let the right people know please.

I solved the issue with tactics not saving (PC):

I read a comment in another thread where a user playing on PS5 (I think) mentioned that they solved the issue by simply switching the controller.

So, I tried it on PC, as I usually play with a gamepad.

Here’s what worked for me:

1. Disconnect the gamepad while the game is open.
2. Modify or edit any of the tactics, or create a new one using the keyboard (make sure to also try modifying the tactic and player instructions).
3. Click save.
4. If it works, quit the game.
5. Before reopening the game, reconnect the gamepad.
6. Open the game again.

If you try reconnecting the gamepad without closing and reopening the game, the gamepad will only work in the menu and not in the game.
