Card Design 'Not Found'

Hello,

For about a month now, since the start of the "Dreamchasers" promo, all newly released cards have appeared with the same design (attached), displaying "Not Found". Because of this, I tried to solve the issue by following all the steps provided by a Community Manager on the EA forums: I reinstalled the game, did a repair, deleted the online squads, started Windows in safe mode, and cleared the game cache. However, none of this worked. I need a resolution to this issue.
