In Career Mode, when hiring a new position coach, there is no available button prompt to return you back to your progression menu. So, you just remain stuck in the list of available coaches to be hired. It's a dead end, so I've simply just had to restart my system and load from my last saved file.
Playing on Xbox One. Have experienced this in multiple leagues on unique save files.

Thank you for reporting this to us. Could you please share a screenshot and your gamertag so we can escalate this to the game teams? I explained this situation very clearly. It is game-breaking. When you attempt to hire coaches in the career mode, there is no button-prompt to leave the search menu.
I just tried taking pics with my phone of the situation, but my OS doesn't want to upload .hloc images, lol.
I don't want to ever keep repeating this game-breaking bug because I do not want to keep interrupting my gameplay to reboot.
What else about this situation may I make more clear before you escalate, you stupid Indian **bleep**???
