Career Mode Saves Gone

Earlier on today i was playing my manager career mode perfectly fine, when i decided to come off i saved and quit like normal. I’ve just loaded back up now to try play some more but it has wiped all of the saves and i can’t see any of them. I am even now reinstalling the game to hope that solves it but i dont know for atleast an hour.
