CARRER MODE BUG - TRANSFORM PLAYER IN TO MANAGER WITH LIVE START POINTS

When you turn your player into a manager within a save with Live Start Points, the youth academy becomes bugged. Scout reports do not appear correctly, players are found with ridiculously low overall, and the youth tournament takes 365 days to happen. This happens in every save started this way.
