Champs Blank Screen Forcing me to Quit

I am currently 14 games done, but when I load into the next game, I am met with a blank screen, and the game kicks me out (it was not an internet issue as it brought me back to the main menu), which caused me to DTF. I am utterly devastated because I was playing out all my champs to get the 15 picks in the end. Could any admins resolve this issue for me? (I can send proof of video, which I've recorded that I got a blank screen right as I load into the match)

I am just one game away from getting the pick which I should have gotten :<

    i just had the same thing, only it was during half time. Really annoying and they probably won't do anything about it

    they better... there are many people in the forums with the same issue with the black screen if not we'll start a RIOT
