[Clubs] Game results and player xp not counting

Problem: at the end of a league/promotion/ play off game it takes a long time to progress through the screen to get back to the menus. An error occurs saying "There was a problem communicating with the EA servers. You will be returned to the FC main menu. Please try again"
You get kicked out back to the main menu. The game result is not saves and you get no player xp.
Also happpens in rush at the end of the game sometimes.

Frequency: Happened in 4/10 games tonight so lost out on about 5000xp.

This has been a gamebreaking bug for months.
