Coaches for hire not refreshing in Career Mode

For about the last month, the list of coaches to hire in squad>tactical preset>coach management >coach market has not refreshed at all in career mode.

I’ve seen a few other users report this issue on Reddit. It’s killing my players’ development, please fix!
