Coaches for hire not refreshing in Career Mode

I'm now completely through the first full year and the coaches in the market have never changed.

The coaches refresh every 3 weeks but the timer resets every time you leave the mode, including if you use the "autosave and quit" option. I use it often so was also getting very very few coaches refreshes until I figured out about the timer
