Coins gone after transfer market sale

I sold a player on thr transfer market but I never got my coins. I contacted 3 separate advisors and this is what they said:

Advisor 1: We’ll put the card pack into your account so you can sell it again

2: You’ll get your coins, wait 24 hours

3: It’s a bug and I can’t do anything about it. Post your problems on the forums and hope that someone helps you. Close the game and clear your cache.

Absolutely frustrated with the lack of help and consistency in the response I’m getting from the advisors. Can anyone help?

The player in question is 90 rated Fermin Fantasy FC and I sold him for 106,000 coins. He and an totw instantly sold at the same time so maybe it glitched?
