Companion app bugged and put the wrong player in evo

so pretty much i wanted to put the new mainoo card in the build different evo but for some reason my other mainoo card got it even tho i selected the right one. When i saw it the first think i did was to report it case number : 211402142 can i get informed when he have news for the report?
( i did use fc points )
