Companion App Squad Builder Filter Missing Players

I have the same issue, what I do is back out of squad builder and instead do add player. Then reset all filters and set max overall to a number slightly higher than the rating of the missing players. Then, search, and hit next repeatedly until the screen is temporarily frozen. When it unfreezes, you should be able to go hit back until you reach the beginning and all of your players should be available. Then you can go back to squad builder and it should work. If that doesn't work, then go to the club section and do the same thing. It works for me as long as I don't open too many packs between. It is not fix, but it should help. All the best to you both!
