Companion FUTTIES EVO problem

I wanted to evolve my Ronaldinho 93 with the training camp EVO the Futties countdown. So I bought 1600 point to use 1000 in the EVO. I went to companion app and choose Ronaldinho to make the EVO. When I start the EVO appear the typical message that you ar going to evolve a player bla bla bla….. so I press ok, I go to my EVOs and Ronaldinho it’s not there !!!! Training camp evo has disappear my 1000 fc points too, and my Ronaldinho turned to green evo in course color without the icon saying that is in a EVO In progress !!! I want a solution EA!
