corrupted card

so i have some corrupted card and basically every time i see the card even for a nano second the game crashes. at one point right before the game crashed i saw a little bit of the card.it was a in progress evo and had finesse shot plus. one time when i saw it it was zidane and another time it was sasic. if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know
