Dane murray celtic not appearing in squad!

I have packed Dane murray from celtic twice now, both tradable and extinct. Twice there has been an "error in retrieving stats" before my murray vanishes from my club and transfer marker. This is absolutely outrageous that this is happening at all and if it's with this player who else is it happening with. I'd appreciate if I get my card back twice, Imagine packing a charizard in pokemon and them taking it off you for no reason, there would be outrage! But because its a celtic player it's ok to take him off me.
