Didn't get rewards from FC Season Pass

Hi, I was playing on PS 5 and I was about to claim rewards for levels 34, and 35 - 1 of 4 88+ pick - Tradeable 86+ x2 pack - 85+ x10 pack - Chiesa On PS5 I couldn't claim the the rewards ...

I got same problem, didn’t come the option to take lisando and van de beek. 

I claimed all rewards together
