All my friends received 2 thousand sp in this new season of ultimate team but I didn't receive anything, how can I solve this?

these 2,000SP are an exclusive reward only for FC 25 Club members. That means, you would have to have played FC 24 before September 27, 2024 and FC 25 before November 1, 2024.
Additionally, please make sure to access the FC Hub in game directly from your PC/console and then the SP should show up. If they still don't, please let me know here with your EA ID/PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag.
I didn't receive the 2000sp and have played both games from launch as used the 10hr trial with EA play.
