All my friends received 2 thousand sp in this new season of ultimate team but I didn't receive anything, how can I solve this?

A lot off people get 2k sp when he push touchpad and go to fc hub, i too have Fut founder and get kits yesterday but i dont get this 2k sp.
I didn't get mine until I pushed fc hub, and it was wasted because I had already finished the season. I don't know if you can unlock them for this season or not though.

Saw an email telling me about the rewards so logged in this and i haven't received the 2k SP but I do have everything else, ive seen other people just get it when they log in, could it have been wasted on my already complete pass yesterday?
