Disconetction

I was 4-2 in fut champs i was leading 8-4 and won the game then my screen Froze for like 2 minutes then i reloded my fc 25 and when i can back it stood DNF something like that that ive been diconnected from my last game and my win didnt count pls ea can i get my win i really hope you can fix it and get my win
