Disconnected from Champs whilst entering game

I was disconnected from the ea servers whilst going into the game and was given the loss. I managed to go straight back in and had no other issues l before or after this one game. My Xbox network never dropped out so wasn’t an internet issue.

 I was 1 win away from completing the Morgan Rogers objective. I spoke to an advisor and they said if I report this to you I won’t be able to get the loss removed or changed but you should be able to provide me with the TOTS Morgan Rogers card in ultimate team. I have attached the screenshot showing I was one win away and I’ve also got a screen recording of me being disconnected (it wouldn’t let me upload)
