I won 4-2 in a massive game of champs and then i got to the advance screen, pressed it, and it said something about disconnection. I reloaded the game and it gave me a DNF and counted as a loss. Is there a way of getting my win back?
Same thing happend to me. Got a 7-4 win and same experience. No need to reconnect to network just returned to main menu with a DC. Not sure what your system is I’m on PS5

Same thing happend me i was 4-2 and i won my game 8-4 then my screen was ständig still for like 2 minutes then i restared and when came back i read like something youve been discoonected from Your last game and then it counted **bleep** a loss is there any possible way to get my win back pls ea?

Same thing happened to me in Rivals last night. It’s bad enough not to get credited with the win, but the DNF and the coin penalty is just salt in the wound. I’ve posted about this happening before and don’t recall getting any reply from EA.
Same. Played my last fut champs game, won the game already, but it got stuck in trying to advance from that. Had to restart and it gave me a loss. Got 10-5 even though I should have 11-4. Simply insane that these types of things still keep happening. You are a multimillion company - never have I ever encountered such neglect and disregard for its consumers from companies in a similar position as you are in. There are so many justifications for a class action suit against this behaviour.
