Duplicate packs

I am a big fan of your game and at times I open the wallet and contribute to your cause by purchasing packs at the fc25 store. What bothers me is the way the cards are dealt and issued out. If you’re spending your hard earned money, why would give us duplicate packs? Then force us to throw away our money? Are you still a video game? It feels like I’m gambling now. It feels like I bought a losing scratcher at the local mini mart! What’s going on here? If I want to gamble I know where to go. When I want to immerse myself into fc world, I just can’t anymore because I get smacked in the mouth with these reminders of what this world is all about and really about.       Next time I get the urge to buy a pack, I’ll just buy a lotto ticket instead or a scratcher. I doesn’t matter which item I choose to purchase(player pack, lotto ticket or scratcher) it’s just the same result anyway. Money just thrown away. And another thing. Why are guys so stingy on giving away good cards.? I’ve been playing everyday online since I purchased this game in January and I’ve only gotten 1 team of the year and 1 honorable mention player and both were goalies? You gave me duplicate honorable mention goalies!  You need to bring the joy back because I’m really considering going out and spending my spare time doing other things. I hate my console right now.
