  • Your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? Pizzalizer
  • The date and time (MM/DD/YYYY) (HH:MM AM/PM) that you saw the bug? Most recently about 15 minutes ago. 02/02/2025 about 6:11pm.
  • What is your time zone? CST
  • How often does the bug occur? Too often. Once a week at least. Have noticed it tends to be in game that the CPU has someone sent off.
  • The error message that you receive: No error message... game crashes, screen just goes black and I wind up back on the XBOX home screen
