2nd time this week. Playing the TOTW game in squad battles. Just scored and did not skip any cut scenes and during the celebration cut scene the animation stutters and then end up back at Xbox dashboard screen. Along with now losing the SB points, I also lose the objectives progress that had been made. This is simply not good enough. I tried to speak to someone on the chat and asked to make a formal complaint. All I got was I had to raise the issue in a forum as it was a game bug. I said I wanted to make a formal complaint about the service we as customers were receiving in EA's handling of this matter and the agent just ended the chat. EA should be ashamed of themselves. Is there an industry watchdog they can be reported to? Not that it will probably do any good...
