- The date and time (MM/DD/YYYY) (HH:MM AM/PM) that you saw the bug? Since December 2024
- What is your time zone? GMT (Hong Kong)
- How often does the bug occur? Once or twice a week starting December 2024
- The error message that you receive: Something like "The EA Server unable to handle your request at the moment...."
Sometimes, the system will also crashed when I scored the winning goal in a high-level opponent (89 points or higher).
