EA FC 25 crashes at startup during account connection

I bought EA FC 25 yesterday and since then I have not been able to play as the game keeps crashing during account connection (see attachment enclosed).  Here are some information about setup and what I did try already:

Setup

• Xbox Series X
• Existing EA account used for EA FC24 (to which I can play without any problems)

Troubleshooting already done

• Game has been reinstalled
• Local parameters of games have been removed. After doing that, it synchronizes my account at game startup and crashes at the exact same time
• Console has been re-initialized (with keeping games option)
• DNS parameters have been switched to manual (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) upon advice of EA chat analyst (or bot?)
• I deleted my profile on my Xbox and readded it
• I cleared the cache of my console
• same problem occurs with other profiles on my XBox
