I am writing to report a frustrating and significant bug in the Squad Battles mode of EA FC 25 that is severely impacting my progress and costing me thousands of points. This bug has occurred in 3 out of my last 12 Squad Battles matches, preventing me from reaching Elite Division 1.
The issue revolves around a player identification error after scoring a goal. Specifically, after I score, the player who is credited with the goal on the in-game display is often incorrect. When this happens, the game automatically crashes, and I receive 0 points for the match, regardless of my score or the fact that I was winning.
This bug only occurs after I score a goal and only when the player shown as scoring is incorrect. If the correct player is displayed, the game proceeds normally.
This has resulted in the loss of over 3000 points, making it extremely difficult for me to reach Elite Division 1. I am incredibly frustrated as this bug is directly preventing me from achieving my desired rank.
I am playing on PC.
I urge you to investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Losing points and progress due to a bug is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could also consider compensating me for the lost points.
