Unbelievable. Here is someone who wants to buy your game EA. But he can't because it is buggy and nobody helps him. Neither here in EA Answer nor at EA Help nor Nintendo.
This is just one of sooo many unsuccesful and futile attempts to get a bug or problem solved. Each time more frustrating. Each time left with the feeling, that your game not working correctly is actually my problem.
You know what. I will cancel that pre-order. And I am not sure if I will buy EA FC 26 at all. Your service is sooo poor and unsatisfying. I am a user who not only bought your game but also spent quite some money on your ingame content. But obviously you just don't care.
I really really hope that another soccer simulator comes up. If it is good enough I will gladly switch in a second. Your business practices inspire no loyalty. You really need competition to be reminded of your core values and that the user/ player is at the heart of every game. Shame on you all!!
