EA servers connection issue

I was in my last Fut champions finals game and I was winning by a goal in he 88th minute, I needed to win the game to secure 6 win rewards, but then my game froze and I got kicked to the main menus and I got a message saying to reconnect to the EA servers which was weird because my internet was fine. It would be great to get compensated for the issue and get the 6 win rewards that I was about to get.
