Ea Ultimate shop blocked: card.desc.freegold

Unable to do anything in the ultimate shop. Gold pack received from the Rivals is not opening. Message says unable to contact EA servers. Problem on both app and PS5. Issue appeared 12hago still not solved.

    Same here, received 2 evo cards, but can’t exchange them, so also can’t open packs. When want to exchange evolutions it says conection error
